Calixto worked at Banco Credit Suisse for 11 years and, between 2009 and 2016, was the director responsible for structuring fixed income transactions and distribution in capital markets. He began his career at Opportunity Asset and worked there from between 2004 and 2005. He holds a degree in civil engineering from Unicamp and a master’s degree in economic theory from PUC-Rio.

Guilherme began his career in 2011 at Banco BTG Pactual. From 2015 to 2017, he worked with mergers and acquisitions and capital markets operations at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York and at Barbosa Müssnich Aragon Lawyers. Scaff is a lawyer graduated from Fundação Getúlio Vargas with a postgraduate degree in Finance from FIA-FEA.

Lunardi began his career at Mattos Filho Advogados in 2008. From 2011 to 2017, he worked at Vinci Partners and, between 2013 and 2016, he was general counsel at Vinci Partners USA in New York. He is a lawyer graduated from the Law School of the University of São Paulo - Largo São Francisco.

Mauricio began his career at Itaú BBA, in 2004, working with the distribution of private fixed income transactions. Between 2010 and 2016, he worked with structuring fixed income operations and distribution at Credit Suisse. Between 2016 and 2019, he was responsible for the credit trading desk at Citibank Brasil. He is a business administrator graduated from FGV-SP.

Daniel started his career in BankBoston in 1998, in the Corporate Bank division. Between 2001 and 2016, worked in the Corporate and Investment Banking divisions of Citibank, Unibanco and ItaúBBA. From 2016 to 2022 was partner of XP Inc. and Managing Director in the Investment Banking team. Daniel is graduated in business administration by the UFRGS and CFA chartholder.

Victor began his career at Citibank in 2018, joining the team responsible for structuring derivatives and investment products for large corporate clients. Victor joined Quadra in 2019 and works in the structuring team. He holds a degree in naval engineering from Poli-USP.

Bruna began her career as part of the legal and tax teams at Walmart Brasil in 2015. She has worked with tax advisory and litigation in large law firms such as Mattos Filho Advogados and, in 2020, joined the Quadra structuring team. She is a lawyer graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, postgraduate and master in Tax Law from IBET.

Fernando began his career in Motta Fernandes Rocha Advogados in 2013. Between 2016 and 2022, he was part of the fixed income structuring and distribution team in Credit Suisse investment banking division in Brazil. He graduated in business administration from FGV-SP and has a law degree from USP - Largo São Francisco, with a formation in business law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Furlan began his career at Banco Santander in 2010 working in the Asset Management department and in the Back Office of the Bank’s proprietary desk. Between 2013 and 2021, he worked at Jive Investments as the partner responsible for Middle Office. Furlan holds a bachelor’s degree in production engineering by Mauá and executive MBA by Trevisan

Lucas Chaise was a partner at XP Investimentos for 15 years. He worked on several XP's iniciatives and, between 2017 and 2021, was the head of tech companies coverage on XP's Investment Banking. Between 2021 and 2022, he was Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Development at 2TM. He has a degree of Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS).
